Founded in 2012, Hebei Shunbo grew into a scaled, automated steel grating manufacturer, expanding capacity and quality systems, embracing e‑commerce and logistics, and by 2025 forming long‑term partnerships—becoming a leading, reliable supplier for large‑scale logistics platform projects.
In 2012
Hebei Shunbo Metal Wire Mesh Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on steel grating and metal mesh products. Building a manufacturing system from the source, we set “quality first and integrity as the foundation” as our guiding principle, launching the journey of the Shunbo brand.
In 2013
Shunbo secured its first breakthrough project with a state-owned enterprise, participating in the Inner Mongolia gas project construction. The initial order exceeded RMB 3 million, driving annual sales past RMB 20 million and establishing Shunbo’s position as a professional supplier in engineering project ecosystems.
In 2014
Driven by rapidly expanding demand, Shunbo completed its first scale upgrade. The processing workshop grew from 1,000㎡ to 3,500㎡, and annual sales surpassed RMB 35 million. The company transitioned from a startup to a scaled manufacturing enterprise with enhanced capacity and delivery stability.
In 2015—2017
Shunbo entered a phase of steady growth, consolidating management and production capabilities. We standardized processes, strengthened quality control, and reinforced customer service. By late 2017, two automatic pressure welding machines were introduced, preparing for future market expansion and large-scale deliveries.
In 2018
A milestone leap: annual sales exceeded RMB 150 million and brand influence surged. Shunbo became a major regional supplier in steel grating, marking its entry into the ranks of industry-leading enterprises with stronger logistics, wider coverage, and faster fulfillment.
In 2019—2024
Seizing opportunities in e-commerce and logistics, Shunbo executed a forward-looking strategy: deep e-commerce channel deployment, additional automated welding machines, and comprehensive focus on logistics steel platform markets. Brand visibility and market share rose steadily, shaping a core supplier position in this segment.
In 2025
By the end of 2025, Shunbo cemented industry leadership. Long-term strategic partnerships with major logistics companies were established, and contract frameworks solidified. Shunbo became one of the leading suppliers in logistics steel platforms, delivering stable, high-quality solutions across large-scale projects.
In 2026
Shunbo operates on a 30,000㎡ site with around 160 employees and four automated pressure welding machines. Annual capacity exceeds 35,000 tons. As a core supplier in steel grating and logistics platforms, Shunbo combines scale manufacturing, reliable delivery, engineering experience, and long-term collaboration.
